Budget...

Everyone's favorite part. I have been spreadsheeting like crazy hoping I'm thinking of everything. Our budget for all the bathroom projects is $4-5,000. In sane I know.

As you can see, there is not much room for overage. That concerns me a bit. But we'll buy the big and essential items and hopefully the smaller items will all fit in.

We are doing most of the labor ourselves. We have a plumbing friend and an electrician friend that will help for a nice dinner or two. Our neighbor's grandson does tile work for a living. We will be paying him a very modest amout to do the tile work.
