This is the old water heater. As you can see its a pretty tight spot. The new Marathon water heater will not fit here. So it will go in a larger closet area to the right of this. In this spot we will be building up with 2x4s a little wall to cover the air intake that is to the left of the current water heater. Then we will slide in a premade off the shelf unfinished linen closet that will be painted to match the vanity.
That is the tub/shower area behind that piece of drywall.
The old ceiling tiles were all torn out. To be replaced by drywall.
